I feel as though these potential changes and numerous new changes that have been occurring are major nerfs that are being brought to you by elitism. Diablo 4 Item drop requires your level to wear, max is 100. Why? If I find an 820 item as soon as I enter t4 at level 60, it will take level 60 to wear it. Awesome, I can use it now or can give it to a surrogate or trade it. If I find an 800 item at level 100, it will claim level 100, even though it has less power than the previous item. It's pretty useless, by 100 I've found the best one for each and no one else 100 years old wants that for the same reason. It doesn't make sense for items to arbitrarily require your level to wear when they drop. The item level requirement has nothing to do with strength and is based entirely on your own level when dropped. This is extremely annoying and means that as you get to a higher level your items will be of LESS value as your friends, Diablo 4 gold trades or substitutes will be less likely to use them.   Occasionally you get items for other classes.
